I hate HATE

I Hate hate.

Once you get it, it starts to control your life.

I've been praying, to get rid of this hate that I hate.

It worked for a little bit, but then something sparked it again.

I have some of the worst thoughts in my head, due to hate.

All I want to do sometimes is cry.

But it just won't come.

Why?

I don't know how to express my hurt/anger.

Or any emotion for that matter.

I just get angry, and want to keep it all inside.

I have to cry, or I will explode.
